Asterriquinone SU5500 is a quinone compounds containing indole produced by Aspergillus candidus. It has the effect of inhibiting the binding of Grb-2 adaptor (Adapter) to phosphorylated epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor tyrosine kinase.
