Brefeldin is an antibiotic produced by Penicillum brefeldianum S-464, Pen. cyaneum S-ll, Pen. decumbens, Pen. simplicissimum S-543, etc. Brefeldin A has anti-candida, aspergillus and anti-tumor activity.
