Description
Dedesosaminyl-5-O-mycaminosyl-10,11-dihydromycinamicin IV is a sixteen-membered macrolide antibiotic produced by Streptomyces fradiae XJ-174. It has anti-Gram-positive bacteria activity and weak anti-Gram-negative bacteria activity, and also has anti-coccidial effect.
