GTRI-BB is from Micromonospora sp. SA-246 with anti-gram-positive bacteria activity and cytotoxicity. The GI50 (μg/mL) of PC-3 (prostate), A549 (lung) and K562 (leukemia) cells were 0.21, 0.25 and 0.21 respectively.
