Product Description
TMC-86B is a 20S proteasome inhibitor isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces sp. A5008. It inhibited the chymotrypsin-like and peptidylglutamyl-peptide hydrolyzing activities of 20S proteasome with IC50 values of 1.1 and 31 μmol/L, respectively.
