Description
It is produced by the strain of Chaetomium atrobrunneum F449. Chaetoatrosin inhibits chitin synthase of IC50 of 104 ㎍/mL. Chaetoatrosin has antifungal activity including Pyricularia oryzae, Botrytis cinerea, Cryptococcus neoformans, Trichophyton mentagrophytea and so on.
