UCT4B is an antitumor antibiotic produced by Streptomyces sp. It exhibits topoisomerase II mediated DNA cleavage activity. It suppresses gram-positive bacteria and Klebsiella pneumoniae with MIC of 4.1 and 2.1 μg/mL, respectively.

UK-3A is an antifungal antibiotic obtained from the mycelial cake of Streptomyces sp. 517-02. The antifungal spectrum of UK-3A was relatively broad (MICs for yeasts and filamentous fungi: 1.56-6.25 and 0.39-1.56 micrograms/ml, respectively). The cytotoxic activity of UK-3A was weak (IC50: 18-100 micrograms/ml).

UK-41637 is a polyether antibiotic produced by Actinomadura cremea. It exhibits activity against gram-positive bacteria and parasites.

UK-61732 is a lactone antibiotic produced by Sacchraropolyspora hirsute 367. It inhibits gram-positive bacteria.

UK-69735 is an antibiotic isolated from Amycolatopsis orientalis with activity against anaerobic bacteria, including clostridium difficile and Treponema hyodysenteriae (MIC = 0.39 and 0.78 μg/mL, respectively).

VD-846 is an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces sp. with activity against gram-positive and -negative bacteria.

WAP-8294A II is the main component of WAP-8294A, the anti-MRSA antibiotic isolated from the fermentation broth of Lysobacter sp.

WF-3161 is an antitumor antibiotic produced by a strain of fungus, Petriella guttulata. It inhibited the growth of Trichophyton asteroides.

WF-3405 is an antitumor antibiotic isolated from the culture of Amauroascus aureus F-3405. It inhibits various murine tumors including leukemia P388, leukemia L1210 and Lewis lung carcinoma.

X-14847 is an aminoglycoside antibiotic isolated from Micromonospora echinospora. It shows weak activity against gram-positive bacteria.
